Impact on the shrinkage of molten iron: Carburization is a more appropriate measure to reduce or prevent the shrinkage tendency of molten iron, because molten iron has the effect of graphitization expansion during solidification, good graphitization can reduce the shrinkage tendency of molten iron;
3. Impact on casting performance: Under high carbon conditions, in order to increase the strength of cast iron castings, the process of adding carburetor to all scrap steel can be used during the melting process.
