Silicon carbide, also known as carborundum, is a raw material for quartz sand and petroleum coke. There are also some rare mineral simulation stones in nature, and carborundum, also known as carborundum, is a very widely used non oxide technology refractory material. It is a refractory material or diamond. Currently, there are black silicon carbide and green silicon carbide on the market.

Scope of application of silicon carbide:
Silicon carbide mainly has four application fields: functional ceramics, refractory materials, abrasives, and metallurgical raw materials. Silicon carbide materials can already be supplied in large quantities and cannot be considered as technological products. The application of high-tech nano silicon carbide powders cannot form economies of scale in the short term.
(1) Grinding materials can be used to manufacture grinding wheels, oil stones, grinding stones, sandpaper, and other grinding stones.
(2) It can also be used as a metallurgical deoxidizer and high-temperature material.
(3) It is also used to manufacture high purity single crystals for semiconductors and silicon carbide fibers.
Main use: Used for wire cutting of monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, arsenic potassium, quartz crystals, etc. Semiconductor industry, solar photovoltaic industry, piezoelectric crystal industry, engineering processing materials.
