Addition Method Of Carburetor

The addition method and dosage of carburetor can affect the smelting effect. What is the method of adding carburetor? Let's take a look below:
1. When there is a small amount of molten iron remaining in the furnace, the carburetor that needs to be added is added to the surface of the molten iron at once, and then scrap steel is added. All the carburetor is pressed into the molten iron to make it fully contact with the molten iron. If the furnace is large and the amount of carburetor added is large, a layer of scrap steel can be added and a layer of carburetor can be added;
2. Lay a layer of crushed steel plate or iron filings at the bottom of the furnace, add the carburetor that needs to be added at once, add scrap steel furnace material, and press the carburetor well. If the furnace is large and the amount of carburetor added is large, a layer of scrap steel and a layer of carburetor can be added;
3. After the molten iron is melted, a carburizing agent is used to fine tune the composition, which can be added to the surface of the molten iron. The carburizing agent is dissolved and absorbed through eddy current stirring or manual stirring during electric furnace melting. When adding ingredients, try to add enough or a small amount of carburetor at once. No matter what type of carburetor is added on the surface of the molten iron, the absorption speed is slow.
