The use of carburizer can not only supplement the burning loss of carbon in the process of steel smelting, ensure the requirements of specific grades of carbon content of steel, but also can be used for post-furnace adjustment. As an important raw material for melting hot metal in induction furnace, the quality and usage of carburizer directly affect the state of hot metal [2].
